Yes, the receiving party is charged 3.9 cents per minute. However, a call to a Toll-free number is free for a calling party.
Do I have to pay a set up fee?
The setup fee is paid when Toll-free number is purchased. $5 activation fee is one time charge.
Do I have to pay a call connection fee?
No, unless this charge is included in your side.
What happens if there are not enough funds on my prepaid account?
You will not be able to receive calls, therefore, please make sure your prepaid balance is positive or set up an auto-recharge.
