Channels
All our Virtual Numbers are already provided with two dedicated (non-shared) channels so there is a possibility to receive two calls simultaneously.
In order to increase the inbound capacity of your DIDs, you can buy additional voice channels (flexible or dedicated) and we will assign your DIDs to the channels.
These additional channels allow you to receive a higher number of simultaneous calls on specified DIDs or groups of DIDs.
Currently you can add channels online to DIDs from the following countries:
