All our Virtual Numbers are already provided with two dedicated (non-shared) channels so there is a possibility to receive two calls simultaneously.

In order to increase the inbound capacity of your DIDs, you can buy additional voice channels (flexible or dedicated) and we will assign your DIDs to the channels.
