Step 1. On the phone.systems™ control panel, navigate to “Settings” and click on “Contact Center” (Fig.4).
Step 2. Select “Create new Contact”. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name. Once this is done, click “Save” and then press “Add a new Contact Method” (Fig.5).
Step 3. From the contact method dropdown menu, select “SIP Account” (Fig.6).
Step 4. From the “Label” dropdown menu, select the “Work” option, tick the “Enable Outbound Calls” box, and select the “External caller ID” from the dropdown menu of phone numbers that were previously added to phone.systems™ (Fig.7)
Step 5. Press “Save” to create a new “SIP Account”. Step 6. Click on the arrow next to the SIP details to find the “SIP Account” details to use with your softphone/IP phone (Fig.8).
Step 7. Drag and drop a “Phone Number” object onto the workspace. After selecting your DID number, click “Save” (Fig.9).
Step 8. Drag and drop a “Ring Group” object onto the workspace. You will be prompted to “Add Ring destination”. Select the newly created “work” SIP account as the ring destination and click “Save”. (Fig.10).
Step 9. Drag a cable between the two newly created objects to connect these objects. (Fig.11).
You are now ready to receive and make phone calls using phone.systems™.

To download the call.center™ softphone application, visit the official call.center™ website at https://call.center/softphone-download/ and select your preferred operating system.
Each platform has several download options that include links to the native app store, as well as allowing the direct download of the app installation files. The latest Beta code versions may also be listed as available download options.
Step 1. On the phone.systems™ control panel, navigate to “Settings” and click on “Contact Center” (Fig.1).
Step 2. From the contact center dropdown menu, click on the gear icon of your created “Contact” (Fig.2).
Step 3. Click on the gear icon next to the created “SIP Account” and scroll down till you see “Setup on call.center™ device. (Fig.3).
Step 4. Press the “Setup on call.center™ device” button and click on “add new device” write the device name and click “Save”. (Fig.4).
Step 5. After the new device has been added and saved, a window will open to display the device call.center™ activation instructions. Activate the call.center device by clicking “Click to Activate” button or entering the activation code manually. (Fig.5).
You are now ready to receive and make phone calls using call.center™ app.
