The Conference Room feature allows you to set up a group call of up to 10 people, creating a virtual meeting room. Each party on the conference call will be able to participate and listen to the group both within and outside of your company, allowing you to hold regular team meetings, training classes and maintain communication with employees who work at remote locations. SendMyCall provides seamless conferencing facilities so there is no need to have a third-party provider. A PIN can be provided so that only those you invite may access your conference call. Easy and convenient set up of the conference room significantly reduces your company's travel costs and will allow workers to be more productive by not having to go offsite for meetings.
